ਸਾਡੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ
Our story
This is my first restaurant. I won't pretend it's anything fancy — it's the food I grew up with. The chai my mother boiled twice. The parathas my grandmother flipped on a wood fire, her hands sure and quick. The churi we'd eat on slow Sunday mornings, crumbled warm with jaggery and ghee.
Everything here is cooked the slow way. The parathas go into a real wood-fired tandoor. The chai simmers until it's ready, not until the clock says so. And the churi — that's the dish this place is named for, and the one I most want you to try.
What you'll find here is a warm seat, a full plate, and food made like you're family. Come hungry. Stay a while.
